Eric Robinson

I am a retired teacher, former furniture designer/maker, and filmmaker and have always prized both learning and creativity. When I left teaching, I completed a Masters in filmmaking at Edinburgh College of Art, then worked freelance. During that time, my attention was increasingly drawn to photography, which I now concentrate on exclusively.

I love portraiture, and have been trying to establish a style that is recognizable and that I can call my own. Having confidence in my work, whatever it has been, has always been a major issue. Creating work that I am happy with is my creative aim and greatest challenge.
