Peter Iain Campbell
I am a Glasgow-based photographer working on a variety of commercial assignments, personal projects and commissions. Since summer 2014, I have spent a proportion of my time working and shooting on various oil and gas installations in the North Sea. My “Snakes” photograph is part of an ongoing documentary project that examines the changing nature of the industry. “Snakes” was a member of the drill/deck crew on a rig I was assigned to for 2 years until September 2016, when most of the crew, including ’Snakes’, were served notice of redundancy.
